FMG Stadium Waikato, best known for rugby in Hamilton, has earned a reputation as a quality venue for corporate functions along with special events including celebrations and wedding receptions.

Our stadium offers eight unique function spaces over five levels, along with the convenience of free on-site car parking, video-conferencing facilities and a central location close to a range of accommodation options.

Day Delegate Packages

Bring out the best in your team by bringing your next off-site meeting to FMG Stadium Waikato. We've got meeting packages available to suit teams from 20 to 350 people, and our staff have the skills and experience to make sure you get the results you're after.

The Day Delegate Package is $46 +gst per person and includes:

    • Room hire and furniture set up
    • All day tea, coffee and water
    • Morning and afternoon tea (1 item)
    • Working lunch
    • On-site parking
    • Free Wifi for all delegates
    • Projection screen
    • In-house PA system and wired microphone
    • Lectern
    • Whiteboard
    • Flip chart

Terms & Conditions

Valid for new bookings confirmed prior to 1 June 2018. Valid for full day events utilising one room only. Minimum of 20 delegates, subject to availability of venue and room. Room set-ups available: cabaret, classroom, u-shape or theatre style. AV and technical requirements are an additional cost. Menu extras available at an additional cost. 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays.
