Under the NZ Government’s Covid-19 Protection Framework, we are operating with a Covid-19 vaccination requirement – meaning everyone aged 12 years and three months or older who enters our facility, including eventgoers, staff and contractors, will need to hold a current My Vaccine Pass.
Having a vaccination requirement at our venue helps provide better certainty for us, our events and you, as it means we can continue to operate under all levels of the Covid-19 Protection Framework (with some restrictions as required), rather than enduring the venue closures and mass event cancellations that we’ve faced in recent times.
Operating this way is also considered the best way to protect the health and safety of everyone at our venue. Advice from health experts around the world and our own Ministry of Health is that being fully vaccinated is currently the best line of defence we have against the spread of Covid-19.

Planning on heading along to an event? Get yourself event-ready now by logging on to My Covid Record and requesting your My Vaccine Pass – it only takes a few minutes and will emailed to you within 24 hours.
My Vaccine Pass tips:
- If you are having issues accessing the website you can phone 0800 222 478 (just make sure you have your NHI number ready)
- You can opt to keep your My Vaccine Pass on your phone or print out a hard copy (or perhaps both)
- If you don’t have access to the printer at home, pharmacies are offering a printing service for My Vaccine Pass
- If you are bringing your My Vaccine Pass along on your phone, make sure your phone is fully charged before you leave home
